@33MHz I dunno. I'm increasingly feeling like the odd duck out for resisting (refusing) to use the AI-driven coding aids (co-pilot, etc.). I'm used to being the odd duck out though, so it's kinda fun.
@shawn@habanero yah, I meant it in the sense of "give them a taste of their own medicine" rather than "let's turn over even more of our lives to big tech" :)
@shawn haven't been following the app store dramz in a while, so not up on the latest... but yah, let 'em burn (Apple app store policies and such killing their own platforms)
I like Tolkien's books for they are good lessons on bearing suffering for the sake of others, and of God's providence in using the powerless to change the course of history.
