iOS users. What native app are you using for pnut? I’m currently juggling between ChimPnut and Arachis. Chim’s UI is driving me a little insane, but Arachis doesn’t seem to show images from some people... thoughts?
@sulgi I was a big fan of Riposte, but when development stopped I switched to Chimp and never looked back. Arachis is nice, but I just like to keep something of the old days. Still hope to see a new version of Prose by @shawn one day.
@hutattedonmyarm Yeah, it seems to be a general mobile app issue to deal with. Robin for Android always had issues with it, and Goober for BB10 has issues for me sometimes. For Goober, it would just require me viewing and then viewing again. @sulgi
@Andrew@33MHz@hutattedonmyarm thanks for recommending #PiNut 😃👍 So glad to hear its your main client! A cool thing is that you can share links and images directly to Pnut and you also have the option to send directly to a channel!
@sulgi PiNut and Arachis here too, and should any of them not do what is needed, I have a home screen shortcut to Beta. Covers all the bases for my PNut use. 🙂
@sulgi I’m starting to get used to those inconsistencies thanks to my job. I have my fingers in so many different systems that my brain never really gets used to a GUI like I used to… 😶
@Streakmachine oh. I’m the total opposite. If UI changes Bc it makes more sense, then I’m good with it. But change for difference sake is really frustrating UX imo

@sulgi Personal preference is what I would say. I’ve used both and I like the UI in ChimPnut more. I also think the layout for timelines is easier on ChimPnut to scroll through.
