@tim So I drank a cup of milk every morning for a couple weeks and my body stopped behaving badly with it! At least for that time, AFAIK. I usually don't have breakfast at all. Doing the same with beans now, basically.
@tim I also started experimenting with foods that my body's been reacting to. I started fermenting mead, and my body hated the yeasty homebrew. That made me think about milk, which my body hasn't been enjoying either. Beans too.
@tim I bought a bean pot, which started it all... Bean pots are quaint. I wanted to be able to store food dry when it can be, and learn a few good recipes. From there, giving a shot to soaking and sprouting beans...
