Watch repair was on hold awaiting parts, now it's showing as canceled. Got the email saying my unrepaired device was being shipped back. Tracking shows "ENR REFUND"... Does that mean they're going to reimburse me? Just want a working watch. 🤦‍♂️

@33MHz It was actually something someone on Reddit mentioned. They said their repair was free, out of warranty, but that they had filed a complaint, so I figured I'd try as well. Lo and behold, it actually worked. Very odd, but results are results.

Filed a BBB complaint. Samsung support called thr next day, offered a one-time free repair for my bricked Watch4.
