@33MHz giving this rest thing a try, and it seems to be working. The wife and I took a 'sickie' and binge watched some TV after a bowl of medicinal chicken soup today. Work will just have to wait.
@33MHz I do wish the effect lasted longer though. While eating the soup I felt fabulous, but an hour later felt like 💩 again. However, feeling better after a decent nights 😴
@33MHz I've been giving green tea (with a hint of lemon) a try over the last few days, quite refreshing, but I really missed my coffee, so back on it today!
@ccp I get that. I've had coffee before, but I'm a water kinda guy. Tea is nice - have been having green + pomegranate this week, and it's very nice. I just tend not to take care of myself. I get in a mode and stick to it.
@33MHz that sounds really nice. Must give that a try and cut down on the amount of coffee I consume, can't be doing me any favours seeing as I tend to drink between 4-7 mugs of coffee a day on average 😳
