@neil it's certainly a middle ground. Some companies go by requirements, some go by recommendations, probably depending on liability... where even a recommendation means they have to abide by it.
@neil I'd go with the bloke down the street who looks awfully much like Donk from the Crocodile Dundee movies, and likes to hit people with a hammer. Should keep people under control, I reckon.
