I would think you could use it in some curries, like a biryani. Or maybe in a BBQ sauce, like vanilla+bourbon? /

Mmm, vanilla in curry sounds good, maybe with lamb? In a salad and/or salad dressing maybe. A number of mentions of using it in mashed potatoes when I googled, but I’m not convinced...

Vanilla is great in tea. Or used to infuse sugar. I haven’t done anything savory with it, though.
