Roasted a lamb, which is a first for me. I’ve eaten it many times but never cooked it myself. Looks good and smells good, but the proof will be in the eating later.

@igmp_join yeah, it’s a thing, you thin it with milk or cream and beat it up. It’d be pretty hard to do without a machine, I used a small food processor.
