Regulators should be on high alert especially following Microsoft's proposed ActiBlizz buy that we may find ourselves with just two to three companies owning everything in the #gaming industry which is not healthy.

M&A's I can see happening assuming regulators approve Microsoft and Sony's deals:

Sony buys Square Enix
Microsoft buys Sega/Atlus
Apple buys Rovio
Amazon or Disney buys Nintendo
