Flatpak packages aren't there yet but I've added some notes on building and testing #Goober with containers (distrobox works nice for this). Hopefully this helps.
I don't yet have binaries for #goober available but once I get a few more of the basics sorted out I'll try to put out an early build for those crazy enough to try it.
It's got a long way to go but I went ahead and moved the #goober project from my personal git server to codeberg. Those who wish to follow along beyond my random screenshots can find it at https://codeberg.org/thrrgilag/goober
I still have a bit more to sort out with respect to basic functions but I think I'll be ready to move this to one of the public code forge sites and start driving towards some kind of release of the new #goober
I'm still working on a spiritual successor to #goober for mobile and desktop Linux. I've done at least one conecept using python and gtk. I'm going to cook up a few more using different UI frameworks (qt, efl, fyne). I'm open to more suggestions.
I recall that @Streakmachine has fiddled around with the #UbuntuTouch build of #Goober in the past. But is there anyone else using or interested in a UT variant of a pnut.io client app?
However #Goober BB10 is still supported, at least as long as BB10 continues to work and I can still get new releases signed. And I will have my Linux app available soon.
I received another app violation notice from Google today regarding the #Goober Android app. While the violation isn't necessarily difficult to resolve there are others that are problematic. So it's no longer available on the Play Store.
#Goober users (Android & BB10) let me know what you think of the current app layout. Good? Bad? WTF? I've started working on it's successor for Linux and I'm trying to decide what if any UX to take from the old apps into the new. …
Got my reminder from Google this morning that I'll have to target a newer API level in order to submit any updates to the Android version of #Goober soon. I'll likely pull the plug on this build at this point.
Glad to be back, see how things are going around here. I moved from #ios to #android so I had to look for a pnut client. #Robin sadly crashed at log in, so trying #goober atm
