I wonder if it is uncommon for people w/o an Asian heritage to have eaten decent tofu. We are working on our stir fry technique but Mr TDH never knew the texture we're trying to achieve.

@33MHz @optimisticotter IMO the inside of the little cubes should retain some smoothness, and if possible slightly crusty and crispy outside depending on the way it's used
