@blumenkraft true. I was just deglazing a pan and thinking how useless it is that I know the browned bits stuck to the bottom are called "fond" :) That's what all my brain space is used for.
@Wife a brain is not like a harddrive that could eventually go full. for every "useless" knowledge there is a new synapse that can connect to another one. it only gets​ better, never full. :)
