@mandy there was a packet of yeast, and I used it according to directions, but it didn’t seem to be very active.

@mandy I can cook most GF things, but anything that rises with yeast is a regular fail. Crescent rolls, cinnamon rolls, king cakes, airy pizza dough…the gas either cannot be trapped or is never generated.
