Joyous still, deciding to do it with H&R Block and their e-filing servers being down with no official response so having to write checks and mail them like a dinosaur.
@33MHz Software services for ONE day a year and they inexplicably go down on that very day. Total silence on website and social media. Then grudging comments on social media. Then making jokes with Wendy's on social media.
@GTWilson that’s a severe failure that will probably impact them. I will also have to consider switching to another service. But definitely not Turbotax.
What would it hurt to put out some status updates?!
