@33MHz wow so this fork is backed by the big tech companies, which I bet will ultimately kill redis. The fork I’m keeping an eye on is redict which is more community driven. I wonder how long until these forks diverge.
@SpaceNerdMo yep, I was liking redict, so didn't notice Valkey. Will be interesting to see if Valkey ends up developing worthwhile things, or if they remain separate. Redict sounds like it's saying "redis is feature complete".
