Any opinions on Evernote's acquisition by Bending Spoons? Has the app improved? Is privacy better? (One would think so given Europe has tighter privacy laws.) I have not used Evernote since Alternote. Time to quit altogether?
@joe while I am weary of big buyouts like you describe, Evernote felt like it had been struggling for a while. Hence why I moved away from it to begin with. So far this new company seems to be making good changes.
@joe while it is sad to lose lots of the OG staff, maybe Evernote just needed new people and a refreshed vision to be relevant again. I decided not to subscribe just because $170 annually was too much for me. Bear meets my needs and is much cheaper.
