If I have to choose between the two, Standard Time over DST although I wish they prefer UTC but in some it may not be poosible.

I've been burned so many times by setting up recurring meetings to be at UTC and then time changes messing them up.

When I started using UTC mostly, it took a while to get a routine but got used to it and now comfortable.
