Got some new tires for my car today which is basically a much improved version of the same tire from five years ago.

Usually tire manufactures usually don't make tires like this anymore but it's still popular and it still works.

@mandy I have no preference but Goodyear, Firestone/Bridgestone, and Michelin are my main go-tos.

I have usually bought Yokohama. This new Hyundai we just bought has some Korean tire that I don’t know, but Mr TDH says they’re great. He was a Hyundai mechanic in earlier days.

@mandy I recently brought a set of 4 Goodyear and Firestone each. Nice to have two sets in case.

Yokohama is a good tire but not my fav. Are you referring to Toyo that TDH mentions?
