I live in a culture of unlimited liability. Existential threats like a pandemic have potentially unlimited liability; "the NBA cancelled their games - are you going to keep working?"
State schools are still open in this here UK but our student attendance is down 85% since Monday, and today the Yr9's were told to stay home because most of their teachers are self-isolating.
@Kabuku surely it goes hand-in-hand, two things: that #covid19 is a real danger, but not present. They need to flood areas with lowest-common-denominator safeguards, but hopefully keep functioning as a society.
