@jws I see companies break their product into microservices so they can manage individaul parts of the product more like they organize the developers of the products. But I think there needs to be a pretty strong case for a moat that they can maintain!
@jws They break into Agile teams of 3-5, each with a product to maintain... When there may not be a product case for separate products. It sounds like a good exercise.
