@jcoder there is https://beta.pnut.io/mentions to see, and Beta can do browser notifications (in its settings). And Pnut itself can email you. Beyond that, different apps handle it differently. :)

@jcoder Brusque [pnut.io] runs as a browser extension, and will do notifications, though it's not very refined yet.
