@prometheus in ChimPnut you can set the NSFW mark for each individual post, default is not to mark a post NSFW. See my previous post for how to.

Think of the children!

@Eyes when you compose a post tap the paper clip icon and select Mark Post NSFW. On iPhone 5 and smaller you might have to scroll the action sheet to see the option. After selecting it the paper clip will turn red to indicate NSFW.
