@randolph Ditto. Why you? Incidental: One of the guys I work with invested a few pounds in a new cryptocurrency; he thinks because there are more interactions per second it's inherently not as volatile as bitcoin.
@randolph I used to think it's alchemy for the nerdy masses, but it's just more bubbles. One thing I haven't yet worked out though: who loses out? In most transactions someone is eventually disadvantaged. Any ideas who with BTC?
@randolph Yahoo (spelling?) springs to my mind there: buying 'all the innovative things' before the competition did, on the basis that they'd make money. All that seemed to do was increase *expectations*.
