@tomcat@hutattedonmyarm moronic bureaucracy. needed some kind of special Überweisung (letter of referral). drove endlessly through palatinate this morning in order to get one otherwise they would not treat me. never got the paper, never got the treatment.
@blumenkraft@hutattedonmyarm oh yeah same here. In a way it's good because it means people don't refer themselves to specialists for no reason but I've been the patient who lost their letter and it's a right pain in the ass
@tomcat i know there must be rules. and i'm the last person not complying to rules. but i really had no chance to figure out the rules by myself. they fucking told me what to do but gave me the wrong info. // @hutattedonmyarm
@thedan84 i know, still, why am i supposed to catch the correct document because they screwed up? it's 2017, can't they just use 1980 technology and fax the darn thing? my gosh, i can't get over it...
