@33MHz thanks again! I was going to ask what the other bottle is. That is a big of vanilla extract too!! I’ve never put it in cocoa but use it for many other things.
@thedoctor it's two things: the color is dependent on what is blooming at the time, but also, in the Spring there is more water content, so it's lighter in color and sweetness, and very little flavor to it. In the Fall there is less rain, more pollen.
