It started with priming the walls white, because the dark blue was too aggressive. Then a piece of ceiling fell from the hole above, so I tore the ceiling down. Ran the fan to new switches, and spray foamed the brick joist cavities. #house_rehab

I have insulation for the ceiling as well, but will wait to put it in until I'm ready to drywall. If I can I'll pay someone to drywall, otherwise *at least* the taping part of it.

I was going to rerun the electric pole in the corner through the wall instead of an inch off the wall(!), but once the ceiling was open, I discovered that it doesn't go anywhere! So I just removed it. Haha. Very nice not to have it in the room.

There were multiple points in the brick/stone where I could see the outside light, so the spray foam is going to be a massive improvement in heating/cooling performance. I've also seen the lines from ext with a thermal camera, where heat escapes.
