So TapBots is all upset with Twitter, again. Now they are talking about going all in on Activityhub. Hopefully they’ll do. Better job with that than they did for ADN. #stillsalty
@Eyes Activity hub? Hmm yeah Netbot was essentially a half-baked version of tweetbot. But the Tapbot folks are how I found out about ADN, so I am glad they made an app!
@thedoctor it did bring a lot of people over but their half assed implementation turned off a lot of users. They thought ADN’s system wasn’t as good as Twitter cause netbot didn’t support them.
@thedoctor then they gave it away for free tanking the nascent market for ADN clients. They were the most popular client with arguably the worst implementation.
