I've been trying to minimize my life distractions

@jol what's the strategy? What sort of things have you minimized?
83222
@33MHz I've only just started but the first thing I did was turn off all notifications on my devices save for texts and phone calls. And I've deleted big time waster apps off my phone. Snapchat and Facebook for instance are big time wasters for me.
83262
@jol understandable. I feel like the default things I do between useful things are probably opportunities for my brain to process things in the background, but they're also opportunities for my auto-self to build bad habits (eating).
83320
@jol That is a good thing to strive for. Having any success?
83245
@jasonechols so far yes.but I've only just started.
83267
@jol What is your approach? How are you going about it?
83269
@jasonechols starting with my main distraction my phone. Turned off most all notifications, setting aside time to check various things.
83271
@jasonechols tv is next. It's my second biggest distraction. It's all in an effort to have no excuse to not be doing something productive
83287
@jol Understand that. Sounds like you are certainly thinking right about it. I need to think on similar things.
83323
@jol To be honest...TV distracts me more than anything else. I spend way too much time watching TV.
