Wow! Look at the 2019 honey on the left compared to the 2020 honey on the right. Biggest factor is probably that I pulled the honey this year a few months(!) earlier in the year. Still expecting a Fall harvest later.

@ryb trace nutrients... different flower sources yield different flavors, consistency.

@ryb they don't translate directly to flavors, but in my experience broadly, lighter is sweeter, more bubblegum, darker gets spicier.
