Yesterday it was 60℉. I took the inner cover off the hive and am rolling with the "Mountain Camp" method - named after a forum user called "Mountain Camp". Hahaha. #🐝
The Mountain Camp method is just to dry-feed with newspaper on top. Wet the sugar with a sprayer to ease consumption and draw them to it. The newspaper will soak some of the moisture they create while clustered, which helps during the cold.
