@mandy have you tried Obsidian:? It’s crossplaform and has plugins galore, including a todo plugin https://github.com/larslockefeer/obsidian-plugin-todo

@mikehoss I have only heard of it. I use OneNote but it isn’t any good at to-do functionality. But I do store a lot of handwritten notes in it.
