@mandy Job situation is becoming more interesting. One of the managers asked me, "how come you're researching other positions? You don't like your team?" When I said I was just looking for money, he said "let me get back to you on that."
@i70dan It might also be time for me to look for money. I want to know how it goes for you! It seems like I am getting little respect and historically I have to get an entirely new job to move upward. Sounds like you won’t have that problem!
@mandy@33mhz update: I’m getting a promotion! Business Applications Lead for Halliburton’s custom apps. Initial offer was an 8% raise but my manager is going to look for more money since I was being considered elsewhere. Show me the money!
