Milling the peanut butter was really slow, though. I think I have the best technique with my mill at this point, so next time will go better… Refrigerating the peanuts for now, and will probably try again in a couple weeks.
My local grocery store just started stocking a fake cream based “peanut butter” and I’m so furious I’ve considered a store 8 minutes further away. I’m very jealous
