“I look younger” you say? Well, here’s a photo from 1988 compared to how I look today after having run 8.5 miles on the treadmill and 2020 miles for the year, something my 15 year old self could never conceive of doing. #FaceliftFriday
Briefly debated doing this outside but I think it’s probably better to keep using the treadmill for a couple more days. That assumes the trend continues to improve.
