It’s very interesting to watch Colin Walker’s journey as a blogger. He’s come to realize he’s headed towards Dave Winer’s blog - a daily blank slate to fill with the goings of the day. Reading Colin’s RSS feed every day has been a pleasure.
I downloaded twitter’s main app to see the fleets feature. But their disgusting algorithm, pushing “liked by” tweets above the content I purposefully followed, has once more driven me away.
I randomly changed my blog's theme from Independent Publisher to Seedlet. Looks different, yet somewhat the same. The Fira Sans font is nicer than the previous theme's font. Though I miss the green color of the urls.
I don't understand when someone advertises an every day product made with "space-grade aluminum". Like, why? Why did you waste perfectly good space-grade stuff to make a card holder? Was it overproduced? Did you get it on eBay? So many questions!
.@IFTTT Pro is turning out to be a disappointment - the filter JS code doesn't save properly, I can't seem to edit applets after creating them, I can't debug applets. Growing pains, perhaps? At this rate, I'll drop off by end-of-year.
