@jaminguy Weird Riposte bug: if I go to https://fman.io/ and try to do anything (like even scroll the page), I get "stuck" in an image viewer and have to force-quit.
@33MHz Thanks for the canonical link format. :) It would be nice if Noodle had an easy way to grab such a canonical link (which is what I expected clicking on the "how long ago" indicator would do.) Thanks again for all the help!
@33MHz No worries! Spending time with family is definitely more important. The "special case" I showed where the story title is linkified (because the bare URL is too long) in addition to linkifying "Comments" as usual doesn't happen very often.
@33MHz Just noticed that [https://noodle.s3rv.com/#/post/27288](this post) did not linkify the "Comments" link entity. I did send both. Another potential issue? (The bot linkifies the title when the story title + URL would cause the post to be too long.)
Also: is that the "canonical" way to link to a pnut.io post/thread? Wondering because that link shows a "reply" box. Would be cool if pnut.io/post/27300 or something worked.
@33MHz Your example includes the "http://" in the "link" attribute. I'm *not* including it (and didn't on ADN). https://pnut.io/docs/reference/entities says "http will have been added" but figured it was worth asking about just in case.
@33MHz I'm "cheating" right now by setting "url" and "link". Looks like I'm off-by-one but still not seeing any link. I sent: "entities": {"parse_links": true, "links": [{"url": "news...", "text": "Comments", "link": "news...", "pos": 129, "len": 8}]}}
@33MHz What is the best way to make a "feed" style account, such as @hackernews? Is there any way to create "sub-accounts" that are associated with a "primary" account without a separate email address / account / password / etc.?
