And I tried the Bacon Method [baconmethod.com] .
Directions are super simple. But the issue is the variability in ovens: how long they take to pre-heat and temperature accuracy.
I got it to work but had to deviate a bit.
But, still bacon is bacon! 🥓😋

@phoneboy ha! I am due for mine too. Funny that your workplace shares the same lingo: "self-input" and "mid-year review". I've been curious as to how ubiquitous the work performance review lingo is. 'course, those two terms are pretty generic-sounding.

Got a so-so"report card" from my dentist. So I'm trying something new. Got me an electric toothbrush. Adding a post-lunch brushing to my schedule. That and ninja flossing*. 😏

@formfireglass it's why we try to stick to the non peak times when Tahoe isn't stressed by all of the tourist crowds. It works out for us. One of our uncles has available timeshare to spare. We can nice accommodations during the off months. :-)

@unixb0y yeah, I know. I think that why I opted for the mid level, sticker shock! 😳💸
Oh well, if all goes well, I plan to upgrade with the next gen...whenever that is. I think mid level will be 128gb with 256gb iPhone as the top-of-the-line.
